I composed this blend of fine Egyptian Chamomile with citrus fruits and mint to be calming and uplifting. It works like a song.  Brew in boiling water as long as desired.

Ingredients: Orange peel, rose hips, chamomile, lemongrass, lemon verbena, spearmint.
